Dramione. Draco Malfoy, Hermione Granger. Two people from different worlds, almost literally. Arrogant pure-blood, swotty Muggle-born. No matter how they get together, they aren't the only people in the Potter-verse. When creating and appreciating fanworks involving this ship, there are more characters to consider than just the couple.
Lucius Malfoy, Harry Potter, Pansy Parkinson, Ron Weasley - just to start. When you consume fanworks, how do you like to see the friends and family of Draco and Hermione? When you're creating, how do you handle them? Do you concentrate exclusively on the couple? Do you like to see a deep and intense exploration of the reactions of others? Do you kill 'em all and let someone else sort it out?
How do you think Lucius Malfoy reacts to his son dating a woman he's faced down (and lost to) in more than one fight? How do you think Harry handles knowing that Hermione is with a man he nearly murdered in a bathroom? Is Goyle going to obey whatever Draco tells him?
