I think the second one is Turning The Wheel Of Fortune. Thats a scene in ch 27/25.

And I'm pretty sure I've read the first one too but I cant remember it :/.

The first one sounds a bit like Marmalade Fever's Eight and Eighth because of the flowers but it's not a one-shot and it doesn't end like you described.

I'm pretty sure the one-shot of Draco being an Auror and sending Hermione colored roses is from Curiositykils collection of one-shots called 'Meus Contraho'. It would be Ch. 14 'Roses are Red?'.
