So I have been searching for this one fic. Hermione becomes a curse breaker, and goes to work on a project. Harry is supposed to protect her but they hate each other because of something and leaves her. Hermione ends up piled under debris and almost dies and he lands in the hospital . Harry only goes and apologizes for leaving her because he wants to go work in the field again and the ministry wont let him until hermione "forgives" him. Her boss wants to stop working for the ministry all together for the way harry left her unprotected at a site.
