I'm still going to the group fitness classes at the gym, and I like it a lot. It's going well actually and I think I have lost some weight but I didn't weigh myself before I started all this so I have no idea how I'm really progressing.
I know that my legs have more tone to them now and I'm slowly losing some belly fat. My arms and shoulders are also tightening up. I do need to weigh myself on a decent scale though.
I have only been doing two classes a week as I found that I didn't really like the Friday class (boxing type class) - that one involves pairing up with another person but I feel like I'm still not fit enough and I'd be holding the other person back.
There is a better variation of that class on Tuesday using similar moves, but not with a partner. Unfortunately, I cannot make that class due to quiz night. So... the only other option is to do the Saturday 8.45am class. I'm normally comatose at that time on a Saturday, but it needs to be done. I'm going to my first one tomorrow morning. Wish me luck. 😊

I've been waffling about going to Japan, still haven't booked anything. A friend told me that I had to go and he's right really, this is something I should do.
I know which flight I would take, I just need to figure out the accommodation and if I want to visit another city while I'm there. Will spend some time tomorrow investigating that.
