Did my first group fitness class in ages tonight... Les Mills Bodypump.  I am going to pay for this tomorrow.

I tried to pace myself and not overdo it, but my back started giving me hell about half way through.  I'm glad I made the effort though, it's going to be worth it in the long run.
I had this insane idea of doing 3 different classes a week (Mon, Wed & Fri), but that won't happen for a while I think.  The good thing about this class is that it's not cardio based so I didn't get puffed out, which I was a bit worried about.
I don't feel that my respiratory fitness is good at the moment.  This class is more about moving with weights so there is no bouncing around like a bunny.  Legs were like jelly though, I had to walk down the tiniest of inclines and it felt like my poor legs were going to buckle under me.  LOL.

It has awakened my hunger though... I came home and decided to have poached eggs on toast, but now I'm feeling hungry still.  Not sure what to eat though.
Oooo I know.... some oatmeal might fill the gap.
