I've had a great couple of days and I've had a lot of fun hanging out with people. I have to quotes that came to mind while reading your rage, both are quotes that I hope I get right. The first one is from a John Bytheway talk called Especially for YSA when were and why we marry or something like that. I found it on byuradio.com under find a talk (there is some good stuff in there). Now I dont fully know the situation, and this may or may not be something that will be helpful but it goes like this.

"Sometimes the wrong guy, is the right guy, to lead you to the best guy."

If things are not going to work out, take it as a lesson for future guy and what your looking for. I dont know where you can access the other talk but I think its by a guy named bill carpenter. He joined the church and his family basically disowned him, and he didnt think he could get baptized, and one of his missionaries told him this.

"You can tell your family you love them now, or you can show your family you love them for eternity."

Basically, you could tell your family you loved them now and respect their wishes, but I know your doing the right thing by staying true to what you know, and one day, they will see that, whether in this life or the next.
