Instead of thinking about what you're missing, try thinking about what you have that everyone else is missing
Every now and then it's key to expect nothing. That way, when you're not all caught up in thinking about what you really want to happen...it will.

But lately I've been down upon my knees

When you're young, your whole life is about the pursuit of fun, then you grow up and learn to be cautious; you could break a bone, or a heart. You look before you leap and sometimes you don't leap at all because there's not always someone there to catch you. And in life, there is no safety net. When did it stop being fun and start being scary?
When men attempt bold gestures, generally it's considered romantic. When women do it, it's often considered desperate or psychotic.
And so it goes, and you're the only one who knows. So I would choose to be with u. That's if the choice were mine to make. But you can make decisions too. And u can have this heart to break. and so it goes, and so it goes..and ur the only one who knows....

We're gonna keep on coming back for more

Soon we must all face the choice of whats right and whats easy...
Never allow someone to be your priority while allowing yourself to be their option

There are two roads to walk down and one road to chose... so I'm thinking over the things that you've said...
Why settle for less? If someone's only doing things halfway, let them know it's not going to fly. You're all heart, and you've got a lot to give -- don't waste time on those who don't measure up to the same standard
One day you're going to wake up and realize how much you truly love her, and when that day comes, she'll be waking up next to the guy who already knew...
