I wonder if suicide bombers leave notes to their families, or if their familes even know what they are about to do. I wonder what it would feel like to believe in something so much, you would give your life to support the cause. Do they feel fear or exhileration when the momement comes? I don't understand the mechanics of it. Why would you strap something to yourself knowing that it will kill you. Is the act of it just as selfish as a person who would normally commit suicide, or is it more selfish? It's curious to note though, how unselfish it is to give your entire life, your being towards a cause... It is a donation right? To some degree anyway. Guess it all depends on where you draw the line.
I don't mean to ramble, but I'm not going to apologize. It doesn't seem right to say sorry for something that I have no intention of changing.
Happy 2009! It's going to be amazing. Great friends, people I love, and the essential sensation of being loved as well are all promises that I'm more than willing to try to keep.
December was a hectic month, which I'm sure in a days time or so there will be a terrific rant regarding that on here. But for now, I need to attempt to do dishes and clear off my dining room table before the boys show up to go bowling.
