Hi, I'm Amita Ramanujan.
Don't worry about the last name. Most people have trouble pronouncing it. I'm an applied mathematician and I work as an assistant professor at the CalSci University and while that does take up a lot of my time, I always find an hour or two (sometimes a day or three) for the FBI.
I generally don't work directly for them. You see, Charlie's big brother, Don Eppes, is an FBI Special Agent who recruits Charlie to help with the difficult cases. Lately, Charlie's been more involved with these cases.
Sometimes, I worry for him.
