wtf?
okay, so who was the stunade who designed the women's bathroom, second floor, SMSU? i understand that there must be wheelchair accessible paper towels, but do ALL of them have to be that low? and is there a reason that the toilet paper is so much lower than the toilet? is this some sort of sadist set up? i don't mean to bitch and moan, but come ON! a little sense goes a long way. and it's yet another bathroom that doesn't have any feminine products.
