Ok, on Friday, we slept until 8am, then we got all of our stuff packed, and left the "hotel". We were going to go horseback riding, but we could not find the place. So we called the place, and no one answered the phone. We decided we we go white water rafting instead, so we called this place and made a reservation, and we thought it was only 30 minutes away. It ended up being almost 2 hours away, but we had all day, so we went. We stopped and ate lunch at this little diner, and had sandwiches and soup. We got to Coopers Landing, and loaded the boat. We met some really cool poeple, and had a great time. We saw jumping salmon, lots of birds and bald eagles. We saw a lot of really cool sites, too. We saw the Russian River, and saw all these fisherman, and several of them were catching the salmon and halibut. It was cool. We got back in the car, and headed back to Anchorage. We decided that we had plenty of time before the plane, so we decided to go and see a movie and have dinner. We ate at this Italian place called Romanos (really really good) and then went to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith. It was really really good, too! We then headed off to the airport, and met up with our friends. They ate some dinner, and then we went to the gate. The girls played Phase 10, and the boys read. The boys then went and disappeared, and came back with the new Harry Potter book! YAY! Yes, our plane left after midnight, 12:50am to be exactly. We found out we had a layover in Seattle, for an hour, and then headed off to Houston. We had 20 minutes to make it to our connecting flight to Memphis, and the Houston airport is HUGE! We made it though, with time to spare. We sat for a while, and I actually finished my paper for the week. We finally got to Memphis at 230pm, and boy, were we tired. My mom met us at the airport, and then we went to her house for a little while, and ate some lunch, and gave out all the presents we got. We loaded up the car, and drove the 2 hours home. I slept the entire way. When we pulled up in the driveway, our dogs RAN up to our car. It was so nice to be home. Our cats were happy, too.
We ended up having 10 rolls of film. We turned it in today, and we should have them back on Wednesday.
I am tired!
