there's a first for everything...
so friday was the dreadful snow storm. i didn't really think anything of it since classes weren't canceled, i had a voice lesson and i needed to get fitted for my charlie brown costume. well, i left my house at 12 cuz i needed to go to the costume shop, return my books and grab my checkbook from my dorm room. i wasn't on the road for more than 5 minutes when i get hit.
i was on washington street and i saw 2 cars ahead of me the guy was fishtailing onto the other side of the road so i figured i would slow down, even tho i was going 15 miles per hour. well i started to slow down and then i started to swerve and then all i remember is a bang. the SUV behind me hit me. thats right an SVU against my little corolla. needless to say my trunk is in my back seat. pictures coming soon....my first accident. it was pretty scary. i'm okay. just shooken up and i can't get that bang sound out of my head.
in other news, my parents anniversary is tomorrow. or, i should say it would be tomorrow. would have been 18 years they were married...it's just making me think, that's all.
i hafta go work on my public speaking final. it has to be a powerpoint presentation and i have no idea how to do that. and then i have charlie brown rehearsal. oh hell-this week just got a lot more stressful. first finals and charlie brown, and now dealing with the fact my car might be totaled. gr. too much to worry about.... i want to have one day with no worries.
