Today on the T I...
-Was hit by a baby in a large backpack contraption. (Followed immediately by the mother turning around and saying "Sorry, I hit you with my kid." to which I responded "I've been hit by worse." I have no idea what that means.)
-Finally learned what ICA stands for at the Hynes Convention Center/ICA stop. (Thanks to a guy who just couldn't take the mystery anymore: "Does anyone on this train know what ICA stands for? I've lived in Boston my whole life, and I've never figured it out." {Agitated Man} "Institute of Contemporary Art." {Random Black Guy} "Someone give that man a cookie.")
- Got a complement from a woman whose conversation I was eavesdropping on. ("Look how cute that girl's seatbelt bag is." to which I awkwardly butted in with a soft and humble "Thanks.")
