(no subject)
Last night Laura, J-Ray, and I all hung out and played Uno for an hour or so. Then we all went to dinner. After that, Laura invited me to the the christian frat's (at Tech) annual broom ball competition. It is basically ice hockey with weird looking sticks and a ball instead of a puck. She didn't tell me that everyone playes. I thought we were just gonna watch the guys play. Well on the way she dropped the bomb and I am thinking "Oh great, I am gonna embarass myself." But I sucked it up and played. And I was actually not bad. I did wipe out several times and I have lots of pretty bruises to remember the ocassion. Anyway, I had so much fun.
I have been studying all day and my head feels like it is going to explode. I can't wait for the week to be over. I am ready for a break. But hey, I am one smart cookie.
Jeff called me thursday night with an extra ticket to Switchfoot. It was AWESOME.
I realized something last night. I really miss having a crush. You know, the one's you had in highschool. You get all excited everytime you see the person. You over analyze everything they say to you. I haven't had a crush since...highschool I think. Pretty much all year, my focus has been on God and not on boys. Don't get me wrong, that has been amazing. I just miss the butterflies...it's been a while.
