Last night was the first night I have gotten a full night sleep since last sunday night. One night is enough to get rejuvenated. I have been thinking too much lately. So I decided to just sit and listen to God last night...I didn't read scripture or ask for a million things that I think I need. I just listened. I don't be still with God enough. And you know, there was not even some amazing revelation or I didn't get an answer to a prayer. I was just comforted by His spirit.
There has been a lot of good times lately. Just hanging out and bonding with Laura, Jray, Cody and Eric. I forgot how much fun it is to laugh for no reason at all.
I talked to my dad yesterday for a long time. I talk to my mom about EVERYTHING but tend to limit the things I discuss with my daddy. He asked me if I was dating anyone...and I just laughed at him. He proceeded to tell me "not to settle.." I don't know what made him bring up the whole thing, but I suppose I just needed to hear it. I love Godly parents.
Now, I must begin the rollercoaster that is this week. love.
