Little Known Facts...
On Friday, I gave a pop quiz on Bach. Here's what I learned:
In response to the question: Why didn't Bach know how to play the piano? (Correct answer: The piano was not invented yet, instead they had an instrument called a harpsichord)
~He is not used to it it has only one section.
~Because it wasn't invented and he was stupid.
Other fun facts:
~He can play obino, it looks like a piano but it is different.
~He was from Italy or Germany.
~He played orgeain and viala.
~His name is Buck and he's dead and he's old.
~His son was named Johann Sebastian Bach.
~He knew how to play the hamchord.
And I told the kids that spelling wouldn't count on this quiz. Here are some of the attempts at 'harpsichord':

(that last one might be something else... I'm not entirely sure.)
