I guess I should update this thing every once in awhile for appearances
I love theatre. I love this cast. It's funny, how your perceptions of things never turn out to be quite right. I was so disappointed a few months ago with the choice of this show, having dreams of something new and original and spectacular. But now, I just love being in it. Period. That's the reason I do it.
Last night at Waffle House hit it all home I guess. Sitting there with everyone, laughing about chocolate walruses. Doing the thriller dance. Read Kendal's LJ if you want more on that (I think she's trying to post the amazing video she took of it:)
And then tonight, after Waffle, going over to the Sekar's and talking about college and how imprisoning high school seems and how much we're all going to change next year. Really deep conversation, which was surprising considering that two of the four people talking were John and Rajan. I'm sure you'll all be pleased to know that they can accomplish more than patty cake:) But in all seriousness, I have the best friends in the world. Losing them next year will be tough.
I'm eighteen as of Wednesday. My last high school theatre performance is tomorrow night. Everything is changing. It's exciting, but a little scary too.
