First off, you're a fucking idiot. People can't just "fucking leave" and if they stayed it wasn't because they were stupid. It's because they are poor and didn't have transportation. Everyone can't afford to drop their live and move everytime there is a storm warning. There are sick people, homeless people, single parents with lots of children, people in jail, people who had to work, people without money or cars and how exactly were they supposed to evacuate? And if they did, where the fuck are they supposed to go? Even the people who DID leave are still screwed and overcrowding the places of shelter. They have nothing left and nowhere to start from! And who gives fuck what they loot? The only shit they have in their life is whatever they can drag thru 20 feet of water. So if they want shoes (which they need) or a fucking tv then LET THEM HAVE IT. It's not like anyone in New Orleans is opening up shop anytime soon.

Newflash: IT IS A RACE ISSUES. More people have died there than 911 and the real solutions aren't even being used. Why don't they call in greyhound buses or cruise ships like the Mayor of New Orleans said? Why is Air Force 1 making flyovers instead of helpng? Because drowning poor people are not on Bush's priority. Federal government took money away from the dams to fund this stupid war. How is in not their fault? The state goverment only has so many resources and they are calling for help. Where is Bush with all his cowboy, "Git 'er done!" texas bullshit? On vacation. Or taking photo ops.
