I'm sitting here at my Aunt's kitchen counter, up on a mountain outside of Denver, as the sun shines off the snow outside on the mountain. My 3G reception is shitty at times, and I don't have my laptop with me. We might get more snow Tuesday or Wednesday. And I love it.
Sure, it's cold where I am when the rest of the people I know are home or away where there is warmth and sun. But do I care? NO. Because I LIKE COLD! And the fact that I am so far from all the stress of campus makes it even better. Plus I get to sleep in which makes me a very happy woman.
And I am with the people I love, who love me too.
I think this is gonna be an awesome spring break.
Oh, on a side note, I finally got to see an episode of "Legend of the Seeker" last night, after seeing people talk about it all the time on LJ and constantly telling myself to check it out, and now I am hooked. Thanks LJ. Like I need ANOTHER fandom to get hooked on.
