The kissing disease... lol
Well heard from the doctor today, and I do in fact have mono. Nice. They first told me I couldn't work or go to school, which would've been bad. But they called me back and said that they would allow me to work and go to school, so long as I lay down when I'm tired. I'm not sure how I'm gonna do that at work and school, but we'll see. For the time being I must sleep a lot, and drink lots of fluids. They told me not to share any foods or drinks with anyone, and said if I had a boyfriend not to "play kissy-face" with him. I laugh because it's a lil late for that. I told him he should get checked, but he's kinda against it. Don't blame him, but I think if he starts having symptoms he should. I have a sneaking suspicion that he's a carrier and probably won't get sick from it, but that's a good thing.
So I was thinking my mom wouldn't let me do anything at all, but we'll see. She said people can come here, but I won't be going anywhere for a while.. so come see me so that I'm not bored out of my friggin mind. Ugh, she just piped in, "Sarah, you need to go take a nap." Neat. I guess I better take advantage of this while I can. Anyhoo, call me if you want to come keep me company.
