You know what works just as well as a red bouncy ball. Those yoda pilates balls that they have. I use one as a desk chair and nothing else. It's lots of fun. Mine only cost 10$, which is way less than any desk chair I've ever seen.

Dude, you can! ;) You need a special tool for that, though, and I don't know what it is. It removes the plug to it. But I don't have one. ^^

I tried that. ^^ It actually didn't work - it was painful. I also tried a fork, a knife, and a crocheting hook, with the same [lack of] success.
