Perhaps I've been repressing too many emotions because I keep having bursts of anger. I'm not an pissy person, whiny on occassion, yes, but not prone anger. I've had a stupid angry burst before, but that was many years ago...I kicked a hole in the cabinet. (One of the stupider things that I've done). I've just been feeling so defensive lately,
