driving.... more driving... and then additional driving...
ROAD TRIP 2009!! It's been so fun so far! We've been cruising along from what is so far: Oregon to Wyoming. Gerald and I have got to drive in the same car so far, following Karla & Frank (his parents), but we are in the process of ditching them at their home in Wyoming and then continuing our adventure by our lonesome. The only thing that sucks about this? We're going to be driving in seperate cars!! So I'll be rocking Wyoming to New York flying solo, then we arrive, he hangs out for a few days and peaces out. Then I won't see him again until 8 days 'til the wedding. We get married a ::poof::, he's gone again until LORD KNOWS WHEN.
GAH! Bright side: it's not as if we'll be at each other's throats within the first couple of months of our marriage. We'll be lusting for each other! Distance, after all, makes the heart grow fonder. Mmm, cliche that will work out for us all!
Today we did... a secret something that was phenomenal and a great way to celebrate Cinco De Mayo, this our nations day of love. HAPPINESS! I heart him like I heart llamas and parmesan cheese.
SOON, back in Ithaca! Well, close to it - Geneseo is only an hour and a half (which is the equivalent of my daily trip to and from school in Portland) away from Ithaca. Back with Famb-ily, friends, all of those things I have been missing horribly since in Portland. But, I will miss Portland too, such a great city with a fun attitude and happy atomosphere. It was so clean!! "Funky Fresh", yes. I wish I had seen more plays and eaten at that place called "Veritable Quandry", only because the name always intriguied me.
PORTLAND I HEART YOU, ITHACA I'LL BE THERE SOON!
