(no subject)
it has been such a long time since i have written.
the competition 2 weeks ago was weird. near the end it started raining, and a band performed in the pouring rain! then the next band, the power went out during their opener. and the marched the rest of the show in the dark! standing ovations for them! then on the way back to school we sang a bunch of songs, and eddie lost his voice! we placed first in class and got the music, visual, and GE awards. but we only got a 58; i was sad.
school has been less stressful, but still.
friday me, amy, lauren, and rachel went shopping for costumes for twin day. we went to goodwill, michaels, TJ maxx, ross, party city, and old navy. i got pants, a shirt, and a cute purple hat! then we went to the mall to eat then hung out for 1/2 hour. then we had fun w/ the skirt rachel bought lol.
all-state auditions saturday. out of 18 who took the test, 15 of us passed! i was really happy. lol we waited for like 2 hours to get our results. it was funny. i talked w/ colin and kelley most of the time.
sunday went and saw STOMP!!! it was soooooo amazing! they used a lot of things u wouldnt think of to make music.
homecoming this week. hopefully it goes well.
