Lotsa stuff!
I was driving to class this morning and I was flipping through my radio stations attempting to find something to listen to. I flipped over to 100.3 and although I was expecting to hear some Phil Collins or Backstreet Boys I hear CHRISTMAS MUSIC!!!! What is the deal? It is now.... November 8th and I am guessing they have been playing Christmas music since last week. It doesn't seem right to me.
Christmas is a time to celebrate the birth of Christ. I hate it how everything is so commercial now-a-days. Kids don't even realize what a significant time of year this is, all they really care about is what kind of toys Santa Clause is going to bring them. It just isn't right. Parents should be installing Christian morals into their children instead of hyping up how cool Santa is. They should be caring about homeless and poor people instead worrying about what is wrapped up under the tree. When are people going to start realizing that life isn't about the materalistic items we have but how we treat our fellow humans?
