soooooo, last night was exactly what i needed. i love dancing the night away with your best friends. i wish it lasted a little longer. i hate waiting on people to make up their minds. whateva! i got my girls to see. i love gettin' sweaty and dancin and just having a gay ole' time! thank you, fate, for giving me awesome people in my life.
on another note, i had my audition today for beauty and the beast for the role of mrs. potts. i sang "the age of not believing" it was going well, i saw both director nodd in approval and i tried not to notice. then he stopped me mid song and made me sing something operatic. i couldn't think of a damn thing except a little phantom of the opera. overdone, i know! but it was the only thing i could think of and he just wanted to hear me and not act it out. i saw them nodd again. it was a little distracting but i just kept singing my little heart out. then he stopped me again and told me to come back tomorrow at 8:30 and that my number is 82. i don't know if he wants me to dance. mrs. potts doesn't dance, does she? cuz that's the only thing i said that i'd do for them. we'll see. mama ready for some real roles. none of this chorus shit.
