numb inside my head

I could be less perductive but that would almost take more effort then it is now. I am not the kind of person to neglect something. I always get it done. Which is making my life incredibly difficult. My body isn't up to doing anything, and doesn't want to but my head keeps reminding me I don't have time to sit around. Lazyness be damned! I have never felt so listless. I wonder if it is a chemical inabalence? Andy what do you think? You always have reasonable explanations. I agree with Chris that I wish I had something profound to say, but I don't.
