[ You get a very cheery Doctor waving at you all, beaming brightly. This has been the most exciting part of his month, okay, don't judge him
( Read more... )
[ ... okay, that's weird. he kind of blinks at that and looks INTRIGUED, because alright, that's weird. trolls, what can you do with 'em, eh.
curiously, he draws a simplistic human, draws a cross through it, and then draws another human outline next to it with alien feelers and eyes to illustrate his point. he's definitely not human. then he holds it right up to the screen so she can get a good sniff of it, since that seems to be how this works. ]
[Her mouth twists into an intrigued grin and she smells her screen a bit before replying.]
Yeah, okay. You are definitely not human. But that's cool, I'm not either! I dunno how much I'd like being a pink wriggler. I'd miss my horns.
[And then she's realizing you draw, Doctor. Oh lord. She takes out her chalk and starts drawing, and then shows a terribly shitty picture of herself with a cane.]
[ oh, so much grinning. IT SHALL BE A PICTIONARY BATTLE FOR THE AGES. although piecing together the terrible picture, the cane in said picture and the glasses, it explains why there's all that sniffing. welp, he's seen weirder and worse things in his time, and she seems to be dealing with being blind pretty well, so he won't dwell on that.
he does a drawing of Aradia, instead, since she's the troll he knows best. you two do know each other, right? ]
[Terezi starts chuckling when she smells the picture again, excited to have a drawing buddy other than Nepeta.]
I know Aradia!
[On her end she scribbles out the drawing of herself, then draws Aradia as a robot. Then she draws Sollux next to her, complete with psychic eyes glowing and whatnot. She's even changing colors for each troll!
Then she takes the red chalk and taps it to the both of them. Does the Doctor know Sollux, and that he and Aradia are matesprits?]
[ oh ho, two way pictionary charades now, eh? luckily the Doctor lives with Mileina so he gets the significance of the red chalk, but Sollux - and Aradia's relationship status - are news to him. he doodles himself looking VERY SURPRISED and also with a speechbubble with a little doodle of Sollux next to a question mark. ]
[Two-way indeed! Terezi takes a moment to erase Aradia, then do a terrible drawing of Sollux's face. Then, taking Aradia's color and then Sollux's, she writes out the sounds of his name.
First comes a drawing of what looks like a detective, looking through something (possibly a magnifying glass) to stare at a footprint. Next comes a minus sign, followed by a "ve." Once she's done with that, she draws a deck of cards, and some dice. Next to that is a lot of money and coins, all terribly drawn, but still understandable.
"Solve - ve = Sol" and the gambling picture = "lucks."
Sol + lucks = Sollux.
This is going to be a blast for Ten to figure out, she can tell.]
Oh yeah, it'th riveting. [Yet at the same time, he's curious if this not-human will actually manage to figure out his name based on Terezi's drawings.]
Thee, what I would have done ith... [And he quickly doodles a sun and a lightbulb and holds it up to the video. Dead human languages are much more effective than using sounds.] Ta-da.

Pfffffft, that's boring! Make him work for it! It's no fun if you give it away easily.
[Scowl-pout at that, mister. Then she starts actually drawing on her screen to cover up your work. Fuck your dead languages, her drawings are obviously better anyway. >:|]
Hi Ten. You are now being community-assaulted by a blind troll.]
Hahahahaha! Oh my gog, I love this game.
[She folds her hands under her chin and beams.]
Not to mention you smell like a fancy version of a human. Hehehehehehehe.
