[A small room inside a decidedly Japanese abode. There's not much here - a kotatsu near one corner with a TV nearby, a small pile of miscellaneous electronic devices... and a futon laid out right in front of the computer with a graceful and elegant Yukari...

Yukari-sama! Yukari-sama! I can't find Ran-sama anywhere and there's this strange maneki neko that keeps staring at me!
[Woken up, Yukari starts to rub the sleep out of her eyes, considering... and then does what seems most natural.]
OI! Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan! Chen says you stopped existing! Stop doing that, or I'll have to punish you again! We have some intruders to take care of!
[Following that, Yukari gracefully rolls over... and goes back to sleep, leaving the nekomata to sulk a bit.]
