So- forgive me if I'm a bit bitter towards any mentions of magic, but, when you find thirteen of your family members and friends dead, it's a little too much for your heart to handle. I hate her so much- so goddamn much.

W...well, there's this epitaph on her portrait, and I think the witch is killing my family in order of what's written on there.

For example, when we first found the bodies in the shed, there were six of them, all of their faces looked like they had been smashed in. The first line of the epitaph is, at the first twilight, you shall lift up as sacrifice the six chosen by the key.
Next, my aunt and uncle were found dead in their rooms, at the second twilight, the surviving shall tear apart the two who are close. See?

No- I can't. Look it's...it's really hard to explain, since I don't understand it myself. The me you're talking to now, my only job is to show that magic doesn't exist in this world. However, the Battler on the gameboard, I can't control anything that goes on there- it's all being controlled by Beatrice.
