Third Love - [Video]

[Is it possible he's actually prepared for the community this time?

Yes, but it's not likely. It's far more likely he was just trying to look at his reflection for some reason or another. This time around he looks a bit amused, though.]Oh, it's this again. Should I begin to count on these visits? If I'm to be mad, I might as well embrace the ( Read more... )

Oh, this kind of madness can be a bit fun. Most of the time anyway.

Ehhhh? That's a thought. What if we're all actually just a bunch of crazy sitting in an asylum and came up with this as a mass delusion on our own to deal with exactly how we all know each other because there's no way we're actually in an asylum?!

[ Waves her hand back and forth dismissively. ] ...Nah, that's too complicated, I'm sticking with it being real.

Ah, well, I don't think we have any worry over sharing a delusion in captivity. Delusions cannot be shared, as they are products of a person's individual madness. [And imagine what it says about him to have a mirror full of other worlds to interact with.]

That's not true, they've got shared delusions! I did a whole research thing about this for a doujinshi I was working on. It's called a folie à deux! ...THough I guess that only works with two people.

[Well why wouldn't his own delusions challenge his medical knowledge? It is a pet subject of his. It would just suit his madness that a woman do it.]

But a shared delusion crossing so many worlds?

There are a lot of different worlds here, aren't there? I come from one called Amestris.

I have encountered no shortage of them so far. Nor a shortage of their charming residents. [He smiles, and if there's a bit of humor in it, it's entirely self-deprecating.] Amestris?

There are very many interesting people here, aren't there? There seems to be so many I don't know if I can meet them all but I've enjoyed meeting the one's I can. We haven't met yet, I'm Roze.

It's a large country that has a lot of different towns. There's desert, snow, grassland, and a few big cities.

What world are you from?

[He's not in the habit of introducing himself long range, so he'll have to default to a charming smile--mad or not, if he's embracing his madness he might as well make an effort to be proper to his figments.]

Such a pleasure to meet you, Roze, unorthodox as it is to communicate through a mirror. [He quirks an eyebrow, curious.] Amestris is a country? Or do your world and your country share a name?

My world? Simply Earth. The name is not so smooth and flowing as Amestris.

Thank you, I've never thought I looked mad, either.

You could always try talking to it deliberately and see what happens. I mean, you might look a bit mad if anyone happened to be watching you, but I think it's worth it in the name of... experimentation!

I think it's fair to say I'll appear a bit mad whether I strike up the conversation first or not.
