[The video is of Al, lying in his bed and well tucked in with blankets. It looks like he's sleeping peacefully, but an observant viewer might notice that his breath is coming in shallow, uneven spurts. As the video continues, the time between breaths grows until his chest is entirely still. A high, shrill bell beside his bed begins to ring.]
