[After a brief detour to Hakuba's, Ed's back at home. He's standing at the top of a tree, grasping onto the trunk as he looks forward at first. He scowls a bit at the mountain he can see from there, and turns around to look backwards to a town, almost out of sight. His black hoodie's got a few scuff marks and two holes on his right arm. Disheveled looking, he pushes the hood down and pulls his braid out, undoing it quickly. It's a mess, but it's causing him more grief then anything.
Breathing hard, he shimmies back down the tree, sitting on the bottom branch and nods to his companions - two chimeras and Greed, who really just looks like Ling. The chimeras are a little winded too, they've been running pretty hard.]
Coast is clear. We're about five days out. Get some rest here, I'll keep watch from up there. [Ed points upwards, and at their nod, climbs the tree again. It's him they're after, but now that he's been seen with them, they'll know he's around.]
[He settles on the top branch, looking back towards the town with a sigh. He's in for a long night.]
