It's never been a secret. I just never saw the point in actually telling anyone until recently, because nothing really changed other than the fact that I have to take blood pills now.

I advertise some things. Other things the community advertises for me. This wasn't important enough for me to advertise on my own, and apparently not interesting enough for the community to advertise against my will.
