[Scotty, having been busy over the holidays with both his transporter project and with trying to figure out what happened to the main water supply turbine (which had mysteriously shut down, courtesy of Eris), finally has a moment in his quarters to catch up on missed messages and... What's this? He's got mail. Actual physical mail.

He frowns at the envelope, and shakes it a bit, before carefully peeling it open. There's a photo in the envelope. More specifically, there's a photo of one Captain Jack Harkness (who is not, as the linked photo suggests, wearing jeans, but is in fact wearing the towel Scotty sent him as a joke).
