[Hakuba is in the garden of his home, reading a book. There's a towel around his shoulder and his hair is wet and slicked. He's not wearing his suit but a t-shirt and shorts, and somehow balanced back on two legs of his chair.
There's a sudden flash of pink and Irene (Hakuba's pet) is visible, being chased by Umeko's (Haibara's dog). While they play one of the pets accidentally hits Hakuba's chair, making him fall backwards. His shirt flies down (technically curls up, but he's upside down now) and there's a brief view of the piercing on his belly button before the feed turns black.]
