The FBI has declared Senator Charlie Gilbert, who went missing in the aftermath of the outbreak in Washington at the beginning of the year, to be kidnapped. Possibly, by the same group of people that some conspiracy theorists believe were responsible not only for the outbreak, but for the explosion in the White House as well.
[The scene switches to a well-dressed man who's subtitle reveals as the head of the FBI. When he speaks, he sounds utterly exhausted] These men who did this, are terrorists. They are the new face of terrorism. Forget the Middle East. More important things are happening right here. Bio-terrorism has returned to the forefront and these... Sons of [CNN was considerate enough to bleep that out]es are at the cutting edge of it.
[Back to the newsroom] Scary stuff. Three members of this group have been identified: Albert Wesker, [A photo of Wesker appears next to the woman] former scientist at Umbrella Corporation, who was thought to be dead in 1998, 2001, and just last year according to the BSAA, is the apparent leader of this organization and was seen by thousands of people in the Oval Office in the middle of the outbreak. He and his long time partner-in-crime, William Birkin were leaders in Umbrella's top secret T-Virus project. Dr. Birkin [A photo of Birkin replaces the one of Wesker] was said to have died in 1998 as a direct result of the outbreak that occurred in Raccoon City. It is unknown if his wife, fellow Umbrella scientist Annette Birkin, or daughter, Sherry, have survived with him. The former government agent Jack Krauser [Krauser's picture appears] who was supposed to have died in 2004 during the same time as the President's daughter Ashley Graham was kidnapped, is also among their ranks. Neither the FBI nor BSAA have agreed to comment on how these men are alive.
Several others [Pictures of Stein, Adachi, Issei, Regene, and Gale pop up] have also been seen with them, however, none of their names have been identified at this time. At least one of these men was seen in Washington D.C. with them earlier this year, and the rest have all reportedly been seen by fishermen in the Caribbean Sea traveling with one or more of he previous three. While their identities and motives are unknown, it is safe to say that they are all extremely dangerous.
[Their pictures disappear and are replaced by a phone number at the bottom of the screen] The FBI requests that if you happen to see any of these men to call this number or your local law enforcement immediately and do not engage them under any circumstances.
