God, I can't wait for Christmas break. The less time spent in school, the better, you know? Especially Neptune High, in my case.

Here, I've got a good one for you! It's a new Christmas song. For the generations to come.

I've never heard that song before!

Everything except the second to last verse is really good. I'm not too big on the name-calling in my holiday cheer, though. :(

It's a pretty cool song, huh?

I feel like it adds an extra saucy flavor not found in most Christmas tunes. Jingle Bells it ain't, that's for sure.

They started the music already?

I don't listen to a lot myself, but....Trans Siberian Orchestra? They're pretty good. I liked a lot of their versions.

Yep! Pretty much right on the dot, not that I was really around to know, haha.

Oh, I like their renditions of classics. It can get a little heavy sometimes but I like it anyway!

I must've just missed it. They're getting better, though, I think while I was there last year I was hearing it right after the Thanksgiving holiday.

Their acoustic songs are what I tend to prefer, but yeah, they do have a lot of nice stuff.

They had the decorations up by Thanksgiving, but no music until after. I'm pretty impressed!

Who doesn't celebrate Christmas? I mean, if you're from Earth.

Ummm, IDK, I mean people celebrate Hanukkah and Passover and... stuff, right?

I guess Trans Siberian is the popular choice tonight. Man, they really get into Christmas. Are those... fog machines???

... Oh. Uh, yeah, I guess. Just not ... a lot.

Of course. Man, there's no other way to celebrate Christmas. You have to completely get into it or it's just not as fun.

They might have holidays similar to Christmas in practice - getting together with family, taking a break from their work, and giving gifts seem to be ideas that would appeal to many cultures - but I doubt that they will be anything similar to Christmas in name. (For reasons that should be obvious.) Perhaps your question would receive more answers if you elaborated on the nature of Christmas?

As for me, Christmas in Japan is a solely commercial holiday since few of us are Christian, and as a monk, I don't celebrate most holidays based solely around buying things.
