There was an outbreak of the t-Virus recently, in a small local town that seemed remotely out of touch of any large cities. It's been kept on the low, and breaking through those codes was quite the challenge. I will admit, it was something fun to try to get past it; seeing as I don't have that much trouble, usually. Just what is he up to? Something doesn't sound right.
Normally, a sporadic outbreak doesn't surprise me. The 2005 case at Harvardville was proof enough. But this... it's the third outbreak in a few weeks. Something's going on. There's no connection between the towns, nothing that connects them to Umbrella either. Everything I'm trying to think of leads me to a dead end at this point.
