If everyone would remember a while back some people broke out with some strange symptoms. I looked into it and found that it was likely an airborne illness, possibly spread from one world to the others by world hopping.
At any rate, the illness seems to have been very temporary and shouldn't happen again.

That was no illness, I'm not sure but I think it was some kind of bomb. I'm not ready to pin it on them yet and I don't want any of you spreading the word that those attacks were deliberate.
The bombing didn't accomplish anything so I'm not sure what the point of detonating them was.
I hate to do this, but until we're ready we need to keep org operations secret just as we have been doing, but that includes directing attention away from them. I will continue to do so as Kudo Shinichi so that they'll continue chasing a body that doesn't exists at this time.
I have expressed 'Conan's' belief because it's likely it'll be passed off as deduction made by a kid that retains no hard evidence.
