[This video starts to play softly, with no visual yet, but the sound of footsteps moving through wet grass. There is a tall, lean figure making his way -- with no particular urgency, though he probably should be -- back toward a secret base. He uses one of a certain number of special entrances, this one his singular.
As we see more of him, it becomes clear that he has a sheen of wetness upon his chin, some of that excess even dripping off. The man steps down the stairway at the entrance, but we can only see enough of him to assume that this is still Yamamoto, though looking many years older than he appears now.
There are others waiting to welcome him back, but before they speak, their eyes seem to be captivated by something else.
"Sorry," he says, once realizing that they're staring. "I guess they were a little bit better than I thought." A soft chuckle helps to brush off the injury, though the sound isn't as lighthearted as it used to be. He turns, heading off in a different direction to perhaps go to the infirmary, and what we see is a close up of the mouth and chin, though no more than that.
At this point, he takes a step to move out of the frame, but the video feed shuts off, and only fading footsteps are heard. Fade to black.]
[ooc: Okay, so for those of you familiar with the canon, I'm sure the thought of how TYL!Yama gets his scar has been considered many different ways. We haven't seen how it happens yet in canon, so for now, I'm hoping I can get away with writing it up this way. If this unacceptable for whatever reason, let me know & I'll take it down. Also, consider this backdated to whenever the virus actually hit or whatever. I forgot how long this one was supposed to last :x ]
