Hiiiii everyone! I see we got some new people pokin' around here at the triple D, huh? Well, if that ain't just the best news I heard in .. well .. at least the last few minutes! [beams brightly]
My name is Harley and I got a bit of a favor ta ask ya .. I'm in need of a bit of C-4 an' I figure some of ya will have connections that'll keep me from havin ta rob a government base or somethin', ya know? They get all antsy when I try ta do that and then there's all the random gunfire.
They just get my artistic genius, ya know? I got a plan an' I could explain it 'til I was blue in the face, but they won't listen. It'll be all 'ya can't do that' an' 'it's morally wrong' or even 'people could get hurt' .. Blah Blah Blah Blah! [she makes a face] It's hardly like I'm tryin' ta kill anyone .. and it'll only be a little bit'a C-4 anyways!

SO! Anyone got any tabs on where a girl like me can nab some explosives? [eyes alight with warmth and she winks] It'll be a blast, I promise!
