[Brief fizz of static, before Wesker can be heard, chuckling in a low voice.]
Well, well, it has been quite a while, hasn't it? I'd almost grown to miss it here but I must say it was very interesting to read what many of you would have locked from me had you known I still lived, though it'd seem you all had fun with my partner. Really, I don't think you'll ever learn your lesson. It was a little touch and go for a while there, I must say, one or two even got close to the mark. Looks like those bad feelings of yours were right on the money, Leon. Still, my faith in Chris's... [insert a small laugh] intelligence was certainly rewarded. And speaking of Chris...
[A video plays here. It's blurry but still possible to make out Chris and Sheva, in some ruins, fighting together against some unknown blonde opponent. That is, until the stranger ends up facing the camera and to those who know her, Jill Valentine is instantly recognisable. It continues to play for a few seconds, the three caught in battle, and then cuts out.]
Truly heartwarming, isn't it? I'm so glad I could reunite Chris with his partner, it really was the least I could do for him. I think he appreciates it, don't you?
My only regret at this moment is that I had to leave them to their play. But, work presses and I really mustn't delay any longer.
[[All replies from Wesker assumed voice. He's walking while talking, you see. AND YOU DID NOT SEE MY FAIL.]]
