This is a webcam, and Zeltrech has nothing to do with it. It is a pretty impressive piece of technology, though.

Well...the old man...I don't think you know who he is, left me a computer and he said I should come to this place. Nothing happened, and then it showed...me. In real life! Like a movie except in my house! It was...well...surprising! I think it might be one of his pranks.

And, yeah, you're lying. Nothing can connect between multiple universes. It's impossible.
