Why was the internet concepted?

To amuse me, of course. Lo and behold, I am amused.

I suppose this would be considered my introduction post. Though really, I shouldn't need an introduction: I'm Edward Nygma! The Riddler! The top detective in Gotham. It's true, it was published in the Gazette so surely that makes it valid.

Oh dear, I think my penchant for sarcasm just caught up with me. Oh, to be betrayed by your own acidic voice, how cruel! Well, at least I was bested by the most worthy thing on this forsaken planet.

Speaking of forsaken, has anyone seen Dent's sense of fashion? Clearly it has abandoned him.

Ah, anyway, back on point: I'm rather fed up with my cases. How many kidnapped socialites must I rescue for a dashing sum of cash before something truly worthy of my deductive prowess takes the scene? Really, sometimes I wonder why I even bother with this... I mean, sure, the detective work is a positive utility for society, and I've garnered a stunning reputation but...

Isn't there anything more? Beyond the green curtain, so to speak?

This isn't as fulfilling. I've proved I'm better at the mystery game than anyone else.

Why am I rambling on about this? Well, why not? I'm used to getting free therapy. Call it habitual.
