i am so upset. i didnt get one callback. NOT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!! omg im so pissed off. if i dont make it into "beauty and the beast: an urban fairytale" im going to be doomed for life. i know the title sounds stupid and im not one for raps but mrs blake has created incredible renditions of the songs. she made the title song like a hiphop slow dance and its so cool. we got a sneak peek at the set design today and mr epp has outdone himself. the title song is going to be so great. heres how the plot has changed:
belle is now an out on her luck heroin user who's resorted to stripping and beast is a club promoter of a club called "da castle". no one wants to go to his club and its going to close if he doesn't fall in love soon. he meets belle and they dont exactly mesh at first but they fall in love. the utensils are still all utensils except for lumiere who's name is now laquisha and he's a disco ball. it sounds weird on paper but the pre-costume designs mrs. whetherfeld has done are so phenomenal. this show is going to be incredible and i cant wait even though i ddint get a callback.
