It's been awhile...
....since I've posted, and a lot has happened. Ben and I had that talk. And it actually went really well. We're not breaking up. But I am asking for a little more space. I need to figure out what it is that I want, and then figure out how to start speaking up in our relationship. Fortunately, Ben is totally supportive of all of this.
I finally went home, and spent a lot of good time with my family, which was really, really needed. I was feeling like they didn't have time for me and had moved on, but talking with my mom really proved that that isn't the case. So I feel like I gained more confidence on the family front as well.
And since I've been feeling so stagnant, I decided to cut my hair. Short. Myself.
It actually doesn't look bad. I almost want to cut it shorter. But I'm going to wait and see how it looks once it's dried, and the hair color has settled in (I dyed it a darker brown).
And the grades are in!! I almost died this quarter, but it paid off:
Intership: pass
Costumes: A+
Fire Ecology: A-
Stage Management: A
Policy Analysis: B+
I feel like such a braggart posting this, but fuck it, I deserve it, I worked my ass off for these grades.
