I find it crazy the way people of our generation feel about love.
It seems like everyone is in love with someone they've known, oh, ten minutes, or that they've been dating point-five seconds. How can that even be possible? It takes so much to get to know a person, let alone be in love with them. People are so infatuated with each other, but that's all it is. Infatuation. Can we really think that we're in love with someone, that we want to spend the rest of our lives with someone, if our lives are just beginning? I mean, if two people think that they have found "the one," that one person that they want to be with forever, when there are still so many people that they still have to encounter? We're not even adults yet. We know nothing about the world, or even ourselves, let alone love. It seems that everyone is in such a hurry to find someone, and be in love, and be happy.
I hate to break the news to these people, but this is not where happiness comes from...
And the number of teenagers having babies? It's insane. You would think that, after seeing people around them getting pregnant, they would take precautions. Or, you know, be abstinent. But, no, people aren't careful. And they don't really think things through. And... it's just so crazy to see people my age and younger with their own children.
Crazy...
