self-defense: basic human right

Before everyone votes Democratic/Republican left and kisses more civil liberties away I would very much appreciate if they read this site. It is well written and makes a point that self-defense is a basic human right. The page isn't written by some hick but rather a long-time martial artist, phd, and HR representative for a major pharmaceutical company.
