Life as I know it.
Soooo everyone just giving a quickee.
I got the RA position in Grayson Field (where I wanted it!!). Wicked excited about that! Woohoo! I have to come back to school August 21st to get trained and such but it will be a lot of fun. I get my own double single :) and I get to decorate my hall and ave social and be part of getting people together. I am going to LOVE it.
On another note I can't wait for this year to be done. I am sick of most of my classes and I don't want to do anything else and I am here til May 24th. Shoot me now. it sucks too because everyone else is out before me. Damn UMass winter session.
This Saturday I have an interview at the camp I want to work at which is tres exciting. I hope the job is what is right for me and I get it. Wish me luck.
Saturday morning I also have to sing the National Anthem at the Dumont Field Little League Opening Day Ceremonies. I haven't started practicing yet. eek. My padre is on the board of directors and they asked him to ask me and i couldn't say no.
I also start my ushering at the Fine Arts Center again this week. I have to go to the dress rehearsal of Romeo and Juliet tomorrow night them my next two weeks are basically dedicated to it. I can't get home til like 5/6ish on next saturday to see Peter Pan which sucks but, a girl's got to do what a girl's got to do.
I was trying to pick out classes but for three of them I am waiting for the teahcers approval. Many of my other ones are prob going to be full too so that sucks. I have to wait until May 1st at 2:30 to pick. Grr.
I am doing a monologue from the play The Shadow Box for my acting class. It's going to be good I hope.
That's all I can think of...WAIT. Hailey story: While looking at flash cards of different animals one comes up and she says "Squid". She was right, her speech therapist is thouroughly impressed with her knowledge. The next one of a vulture type bird comes up and she goes "Turkey Vulture!" Correct again. How in God's name does a 2 1/2 yr old know what a turkey vulture is? Only the amazing Hailey Elizabteh Chasse can pull off a feat that glorious and that is why she is my favorite. YES I have a favorite get over it.
